1. What this policy covers

This policy explains what information the Forever Frenchies website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website only.

2. Information you give us

When you fill out a form on this site — such as the Guardian Home Application — we receive what you type: your name, email, phone number, address, and the answers you provide about your home, household, and experience with dogs. When you email or call us, we receive whatever you choose to share.

3. Information collected automatically

Like nearly every website, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs: the IP address, device and browser type, the pages visited, and the time of each visit. We use this only to keep the site working and secure. This site does not run advertising trackers.

4. How we use your information

We use what you share to respond to you, to review applications, to arrange reservations and services, and to keep records of our dealings with you. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

5. Who else handles it

A small number of service providers process data on our behalf: our website host processes form submissions and server logs, and form submissions are delivered to us by email. These providers handle your information only to provide those services. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

6. Social media

This site links to our Facebook and Instagram pages. If you follow those links, those platforms collect information under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.

7. How long we keep it

We keep applications and correspondence for as long as we need them to run the breeding program and meet our record-keeping obligations, then delete them.

8. Security

The site is served over an encrypted connection, and form submissions are stored with our hosting provider under access controls. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect what you share.

9. Your choices

You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Asking costs you nothing — email info@foreverfrenchies.org and we will respond.

10. Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
